DAMCO undertakes that it will not permit the duplication and disclosure of any such Confidential and Proprietary information, pertaining to the Client, to any person other than to personnel who require such information for the performance of their obligations covered by under the scope of project.

Network Security and Business Continuity Management

We have taken several measures to ensure data back-ups and security of our networks:-
  • Firewall/VPN has been implemented for complete network inbound/ outbound security.
  • The complete network is secured with anti-virus software implemented at the server and the client level.
  • Alarms have been installed on all platforms and network components to indicate security breaches.
  • Backups are done daily with regular data restoration ensuring secured data availability.
  • Backup/restoration log is maintained and backup media is changed periodically.
  • Fire proof cabinets and offsite media storage facility is used for storage of backup media.
